LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practice and get a vigorous workout.

LEVEL: 1, 2, 3
IDEAL FOR: Those new to yoga or dealing with injury.
WHAT IT IS: This class is essentially made up of only four or five simple poses per class, each held for as long as 10 minutes. Restorative is the passive release of the entire musculoskeletal system. It also teaches the art of self-soothing — essential practices for those who battle anxiety. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed and relaxed.
ZEN YIN YOGA
IDEAL FOR: Tight bodies - Yin postures are held longer (3 minutes or more) to cultivate a meditative mindset and deeper physical opening. In this class, moderate stress is applied to connective tissues of the tendons, fascia, and ligaments to improve circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Yin yoga is nourishment for the body and soul.
LEVEL: 1, 2, 3
IDEAL FOR: New to yoga, back to yoga after injury, or for advanced yogis who want to have a deeper relaxing class. Very calming, grounding, focus on slowly stretching the hamstrings, hips, shoulders and protecting the joints while enjoying moving slowly from pose to pose. Focused on alignment and offering modifications. Optional flows. Restorative savasana at end of class.
LEVEL: 1, 2 (and those who still want to practice the basics)
WHAT IT IS: A great introduction to poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). The goal is to gain a better understanding of your body’s flexibility, alignment, balance and breath integration, easy on the shoulders as there is no flow.
LEVEL: 2, 3
WHAT IT IS: This style focuses on the coordination of movement with breath as you flow from one pose to the next creating a cardiovascular workout and increasing your metabolism. there’s a new pose to move into. For those who want to master the art of breathing in time with movement, build lean muscle, have core workout and weight loss.
LEVEL: 1, 2, 3
WHAT IT IS: Vinyasa based, moving at a slower pace into asanas to allow yourself time to adjust your body and get into the pose, hold poses for slightly longer and time to regulate your breath. Modified and regular sun salutations. Includes lots of balancing and holding poses, building heat within the body. Great for core strengthening workout and for building lean muscles and increasing metabolism. Classes may explore arm balances and inversions.
FLOW & GLOW
Same as slow flow, incorporating the use of glow balls and glow in the dark items.
POWER SWEAT & FLOW
LEVEL: 2, 3
WHAT IT IS: Move, breathe and sweat in this energetic, well-rounded flow. Expect inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending and inversions, guided by a steady breath to heat the body. Enjoy a robust class with playfulness; challenging, creative transitions; all coloured with the spirit of improvisation. Great for core strengthening workout and for building lean muscles and increasing metabolism. Classes may explore arm balances and inversions.
WHAT IT IS: Learning basic poses, focus on alignment and body awareness. Gives an understanding of a basic yoga class, broken down into small digestible chunks. Incorporates breathing techniques, and modifications to the poses. Focus on how each pose helps the body. No flows or arm balances.
YOGA LUNCHTIME QUICKIE
A 45-minute class consisting of a flowing sequence of postures for all levels.
A flow yoga class with attention to the breath. Focusing on abs.
Posture is held with a focus on breath while adding twists and turns to detoxify your organs and to wring out your stress.
YOGA STRONG & LEAN
Vinyasa-based class, using breath to heat the body and integrating poses and balances that strengthen the lean muscles of the legs, arms and shoulders.
