WHAT IT IS: A flow yoga class with attention to the breath. Focusing on abs. This style focuses on the coordination of movement with breath as you flow from one pose to the next creating a cardiovascular workout and increasing your metabolism.
LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practise and get a vigorous work out.
