WHAT IT IS: This style focuses on the coordination of movement with breath as you flow from one pose to the next creating a cardiovascular workout and increasing your metabolism. There’s a new pose to move into. For those who want to master the art of breathing in time with movement, build lean muscle, have core workout and weight loss.
LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practise and get a vigorous work out.
