IDEAL FOR: Those new to yoga or dealing with injury.
WHAT IT IS: This class is essentially made up of only four or five simple poses per class, each held for as long as 10 minutes. Restorative is the passive release of the entire musculoskeletal system. It also teaches the art of self-soothing — essential practices for those who battle anxiety. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed and relaxed.
LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practise and get a vigorous work out.
