POWER SWEAT & FLOW
LEVEL: 2, 3
WHAT IT IS: Move, breathe and sweat in this energetic, well-rounded flow. Expect inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending and inversions, guided by a steady breath to heat the body. Enjoy a robust class with playfulness; challenging, creative transitions; all coloured with the spirit of improvisation. Great for core strengthening workout and for building lean muscles and increasing metabolism. Classes may explore arm balances and inversions.
LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practise and get a vigorous work out.
