IDEAL FOR: New to yoga, back to yoga after injury, or for advanced yogis who want to have a deeper relaxing class. Very calming, grounding, focus on slowly stretching the hamstrings, hips, shoulders and protecting the joints while enjoying moving slowly from pose to pose. Focused on alignment and offering modifications. Optional flows. Restorative savasana at end of class.
LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practise and get a vigorous work out.
