Having experienced the many health, strength and wellness benefits of yoga first-hand, I decided to continue my studies to serve the varying needs of the community. I look forward to sharing the benefits of yoga and prove that you can be stronger at any age.
I am experienced in RYT Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, SUP Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for Brain injury.
As well as, Yoga for first Responders, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
